Economic method of development of canned food sterilization regimes for industry autoclaves

Utilization of the sterilization equipment AVK-30M for development of sterilization regimes of canned food for industrial autoclaves, particularly for ASCAMAT 230, has been described. Energy consumption of autoclaves during stages of heating and sterilization has been compared as well
