Novas diretrizes curriculares para o estudo da História e da Cultura afro-brasileira e africana: a Lei 10.639/03

This article analyses some aspects of Law 10.639 (2003), concerning the study of Afro-Brazilian History and Culture, and points out the relations between education and the ethnic-racial relationship in the Brazilian Education.
