The restructuring has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction; 2). Work commitment has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction; 3). Communication has a positive but insignificant influence on job satisfaction; 4). The restructuring has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; 5). Work commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; 6) communication has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; 7). Job satisfaction has a positive but insignificant influence on employee performance; 8) Restructuring is influential but insignificant with variable satisfaction that mediates to employee performance; 9).  Work commitment is influential but insignificant with variable satisfaction that mediates employee performance; 10) Communication is influential but not significant with satisfaction variables that mediate to employee performance.https://ijmmu.com/index.php/ijmmu/article/view/2531restructuringcommitmentcommunicationjob satisfactionperformance
