Summary: | This study aimed to analyze the direct and indirect influence of exogenous and endogenous variables (restructuring, commitment, communication, job satisfaction, and performance). This study involved 364 employees as respondents with data analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) program with Amos software. The results of this study showed 1). The restructuring has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction; 2). Work commitment has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction; 3). Communication has a positive but insignificant influence on job satisfaction; 4). The restructuring has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; 5). Work commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; 6) communication has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; 7). Job satisfaction has a positive but insignificant influence on employee performance; 8) Restructuring is influential but insignificant with variable satisfaction that mediates to employee performance; 9). Work commitment is influential but insignificant with variable satisfaction that mediates employee performance; 10) Communication is influential but not significant with satisfaction variables that mediate to employee performance. |
