NEPHROLITHIASIS IN PRIMARY HYPERPARATHYROIDISM
Analysis of 185 patients operated on from 2000 to 2010 was carried out. Nephrolithiasis was diagnosed in 108 (58,3%). In 45 (24,3%), it was a guiding symptom which caused symptom survey for PHPT.
