The research population consisted of the 10th‐graders who were selected through simple random sampling technique. The data were collected through pretest, posttest, and observation and analyzed using manova test followed by post hoc Bonferroni test through SPSS program 22.0. The results show that 1) the problem-based learning and project citizen model have significant influence on student’s critical thinking ability, 2) they also have significant impact on self-discipline, and 3) overall, they significantly influence their critical thinking ability and self-discipline. Keywords: problem-based learning, project citizen, critical thinking, self-discipline PENGARUH MODEL PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING DAN PROJECT CITIZEN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PKN TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS DAN KARAKTER DISIPLIN SISWA Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh model problem based learning dan project citizen dalam pembelajaran PKn terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dan terhadap karaker disiplin siswa, dan terhadap baik kemampuan berpikir kritis maupun karakter disiplin siswa di SMK Diponegoro Depok Sleman. Penelitian ini merupakan quasi experiment dengan pretest-posttest no equivalent control group design. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelompok eksperimen dan satu kelompok kontrol.Populasi penelitian seluruh siswa kelas X. Sampel dalam penelitian diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling.Data dikumpulkan melalui pretest, posttest, dan observasi. Data dianalisis dengan uji manova yang dilanjutkan dengan uji post hoc bonferroni menggunakan program SPSS 22.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) ada pengaruh signifikan model problem based learning dan project citizen dalam pembelajaran PKn terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, 2) ada pengaruh signifikan model problem based learning dan project citizen dalam pembelajaran PKn terhadap karakter disiplin siswa, dan 3) ada pengaruh signifikan model problem based learning dan project citizen dalam pembelajaran PKn terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan karakter disiplin siswa di SMK Diponegoro Depok Sleman.
