The former is based on a discussion group for the study of the relationship among the dimensions resulting from its implementation, while the latter employs a satisfaction Likert-type scale to study the regression of the dimensions of the scale. Both instruments were designed ad hoc and implemented at the end of the program. Employing the programs NVIVO v.6 and GHEPI for the content analysis and SPSS v.20 for the statistical analysis, results revealed high levels of satisfaction regarding the program. At the same time, they also indicated that the conditioning factors of satisfaction were internal elements, with an emphasis on personal and professional development.
