ABOUT CONCEPTION OF CONSTRUCTION OF NETWORK FOR METEOOBSERVATION
Conception of construction of network for meteoobservation is considered. Factors, influencing on improvement of quality of weather’s prognosis are reduced. Stages of network’s construction are shown.
