Bone formation in the gastrointestinal tract is very uncommon. We came across a case of 12-year-old boy with rectal bleeding because of rectal polyp. Snare resection of that polyp was done, and pathology report was suggestive of juvenile polyp with osseous metaplasia. There are only 6-7 similar case...
