CLASS RANK IN MECHANISM TO ENCOURAGE OF STATE CIVIL EMPLOYEES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
This article analyzes the problem of the encouragement of state civil employees in the form of assignment a class rank ahead. The need to research such type of encouraging as a special way to stimulate effective activity of civil employee, and improvement of legislation was proposed.
