Jelektrojenergetika Kaliningradskoj oblasti: analiz sostojanija, perspektiv razvitija i vzaimodejstvija s jenergosistemami stran Baltijskogo regiona [The power industry of the Kaliningrad region: an analysis of the current state, future development, and cooperation with the energy systems of the Baltic Region states]

This article analyses the current state of the power system of the Kaliningrad region and gives recommendations regarding the increase in energy efficiency. The author considers the prospects of its development taking into account the possible accession of the Baltic States to the UCTE.
