explanatory and confirmatory factor analysis have been performed. As the results of the analysis

one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used for data analysis. Scheffe test has been applied to the results that were found to be statistically significant after one-way ANOVA. Based on the findings of the study
the views of the graduate students about academic mentoring did not differ in terms of gender
education level
university and the academic title of the mentor. However
a difference was found on the sub-dimensions of ‘Ideal Mentoring Scale'. Based on gender
