The role of levocarnitine in the systemic therapy of patients of different profile of patients on chronic hemodialysis
The paper presents the pharmacological characteristics of L-carnitine and evaluation of the effectiveness of its application in nephrology practice. Discussed the evidence of the use of levocarnitine for chronic kidney disease and chronic renal failure.
