Summary:This mixed methods study by integrating qualitative and quantitative research which concentrated on two aims: 1) to synthesize a framework thinking of creativity building process into innovative production according to integrated high school curriculum to enhance creativity and innovation ability, and 2) to evaluate the appropriateness of creativity building process. The target group in this research study consisted of 5 purposively selected experts. The research Instruments were thinking framework of creativity building process and evaluation form regarding the appropriateness of creativity building process. The data were analyzed by using mean and standard deviation. The results revealed that: 1) a framework thinking of creativity building process (OIC-DET learning process) with 6 stages consisted of opening mind, incubating, creating, designing, executing, and testing, and 2) the quality of the OIC-DET learning process which determined by experts was highly appropriate.
