Summary:Abstract: the purpose of this research to know description of service quality, academic culture, institution brand, and student's satisfaction; to know the relation directly or indirectly between exogenous variable to endogen variable, that is service quality variable, academic culture, institution image, and student satisfaction in Private Collage in Jombang District; and to know the effective contribution of each research variable. The research design used by researchers is the design of quantitative research with sampling technique used is purposive sampling with data analysis using path analysis. The conclusion of this research is descriptive description of service quality variable, academic culture, institutional brand, and student satisfaction in medium category; the presence and absence of relationships in each structure of the proposed hypothesis; and the amount of effective contribution from service quality, academic culture, and institutional brand to the satisfaction of students in Private College in Jombang District is 45%.   Abstrak: tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas layanan, budaya akademik, citra lembaga, dan kepuasan mahasiswa; untuk mengetahui hubungan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung antara variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen, yaitu variabel kualitas layanan, budaya akademik, citra lembaga, dan kepuasan mahasiswa di PTS se-Kabupaten Jombang; serta untuk megetahui besarnya sumbangan efektif masing-masing variabel penelitian. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah rancangan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Kesimpulan penelitian ini, yaitu gambaran deskriptif variabel kualitas layanan, budaya akademik, citra lembaga, dan kepuasan mahasiswa mahasiswa dalam kategori sedang; terdapat dan tidak terdapatnya hubungan di setiap struktu hipotesis yang diajukan; serta besarnya sumbangan efektif dari kualitas layanan, budaya akademik, dan citra lembaga terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Perguruan Tinggi Swasta se-Kabupaten Jombang sebesar 45%.   Kata Kunci:   kualitas layanan, budaya akademik, citra lembaga, kepuasan mahasiswa.   DOI : 10.17977/um025v2i32018p169
