Symptomatic Schizophrenia with Moya Moya Disease
A young man with Moya Moya disease diagnosed in childhood following two episodes of transient hemiplegia, presented 12 years later with a schizophrenia-like psychosis. A causal link is suggested on the basis of the main site of the cerebral lesion.
