This research was conducted in a clinical centre on a sample of 1301 respondents. The aim of this study was to determine the availability of knowledge in terms of the necessary experience, tools and information needed for successful business operations. Another aim of the study was to assess the role of cooperation and teamwork in sharing information and the evaluation of systems which provide the availability of information for all employees. The results showed that the level of education, length of work in the healthcare system, as well as the age of respondents, significant affect the assessment of working conditions. We have also noted a significant correlation between working conditions that enable sharing and acquisition of new knowledge, and the level of knowledge, experience, professionalism of employees and quality of health services.https://scindeks-clanci.ceon.rs/data/pdf/2217-5458/2016/2217-54581602001T.pdfhuman resourceshealthcare servicesknowledgeinformationsystems
