It represents authorial program in psychological training aimed at developing first-year students’ self-regulative skills in the situations of extraordinary emotional-personal load while studying at the pedagogical higher school. In this article we wanted to show significant from the point of view of psychological and pedagogical influence the possibility of training in terms of development of self-regulation of behavior and activities as one of the most complicated phenomena of mental life. The psychological training which has been gone through practice with students getting different specialties at pedagogical higher school shows its effectiveness in helping future teachers realize the significance of developing self-regulative skills in order to be stable to stressful situations which are considered to be hard from the aspect of volitional regulation in proper behavior and activity.https://vestnik.mininuniver.ru/jour/article/view/217educational environment of higher schoolpsychic healthpsychic self-regulationpsychological training
