Obtención de suero mono-específico anti-IgG preparado con antígenos purificados por electroenfoque
Obtention and purification of IgG by electrofocusing column anf its use as an antigen to elicite homologous antibodies in rabbits are presented in this paper. The advantages of this procedure are discussed.
