Summary: | Owing to the implementation of the inclusion process of students with disabilities in regular schools, derived from municipal and state system in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, this article aims a historical retrospective of its evolution attendance. This means the experience of contact and work with diversity, from its inception, operationalized only in specialized institutions, to the process of inserting / full inclusion of this clientele in school. This contributes for educational training, social and collective of its policy, performing the necessary changes to make its function with quality: to educate, regardless of anatomical and physiological characteristics of each student. It is noteworthy that the target audience, set up by the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education (LDB), Law No. 9.394 / 1996, refers to this student body with intellectual disabilities, auditory, visual, physical and multiple, global disorder development and high abilities/giftedness. |
