Description
Summary:When it ceases to be a mere tool of survival, food becomes a cultural, identity element; vehicle of mutual knowledge and discovery. If nourishment is the natural source of life, in fact, the way we feed ourselves is the result of cultural factors. Potentially man is omnivorous, yet not all men eat everything: by education, culture, religion. On the basis of this principle, the didactic section of the Jewish Museum of Bologna has created an interdisciplinary project to bring the students of the professional institutes closer to Jewish history and culture. The route, organized in concentric circles, was put into practice with the I.P.S.E.O.A. 'S.P. Malatesta 'of Rimini.
