In the context of behavioral sciences, the orientation of scientists and researchers to the inner essence of individuals, to thought processes and the feelings of people at the workplace, and hence to the resulting work behavior, is completely natural. Work productivity stems from a certain type of employee behavior, and a number of factors influence this behavior in people’s work activity. Emotional intelligence is one of the key factors influencing the work behavior of business organizations' leaders.
