The methodical competence as an ability to methodical activity is substantiated. Methodological competence in studies is defined as the general competence of the teacher, which includes the integral property of the individual, characterizes the ability to perform methodical professional special functions in work with children with special educational needs. The structure of methodical competence as a correctional orientation in the methodical activity of the teacher through a specific educational subject, pedagogical concepts, positions, principles, technologies, etc. of modern special education is described, which help to select and use the most effective forms and methods of interaction between a teacher and a child with special educational needs, taking into account modern approaches to pedagogical activity. It is proved that procedural approach of methodical competence involves methodical actions in theoretical and practical aspects.</em></p> <strong><em>Key words:</em></strong><em> educational integration, inclusive education, children with special educational needs, professional training, competent approach, methodical competence.</em>http://journals.pu.if.ua/index.php/esu/article/view/2364
