Summary:The essential question is how didactics can contribute to a school development systematically focussing on the objectives of emancipation and participation. Didactics which is much more strongly than before based and focussed on pedagogical principle is pleaded for. On the one hand, the didactical situation is nothing more than a special case of pedagogical constellation. On the other hand, changes in the conditions of socialization call for a systematic improvement of pedagogical relations providing the basis of formal education processes.
