The experimental groups received a treatment during school hours of 18 lessons, based on learning athletic walk, high jump and shot put, for which the development of skill and efficiency were measured. Of particular note was the improvement of the walk technique with both approaches relative to the control group, confirmed that in the scholastic field it makes sense a different point of view in athletics initiation. Nevertheless, it might require a longer treatment time to produce more conclusive results for the other disciplines.
