For that, it presents the case study of an educational institution of secondary level (high school) of Buenos Aires province, next to the Campo de Mayo's Military Barrack, and the protagonism of the students that come with this cultural work produced to the community. First, the article considers the contributions of high school culture to frame the dissemination of recent history. Continuing, it provides the context in which is inserted the High School, and the looks that different actors bring about the institutional project named ‘30 years of democracy’.
