Young Jin Cho

Young Jin Cho is ''bishop emeritus'' of the Global Methodist Church. On June 19, 2023 he joined as a clergy member of the Global Methodist Church and was conferred the title ''bishop emeritus.'' He retired from the United Methodist Church in 2016.

While active in the United Methodist Church, he was elected bishop of the Southeastern Jurisdiction and appointed to the Richmond Episcopal Area, at the Southeastern Jurisdictional Conference held July 18–20, 2012, in Lake Junaluska, North Carolina. He is the first Korean-American elected to the episcopacy in the Southeastern Jurisdiction. Provided by Wikipedia
