Shikha Gautam

Gautam at the 2019 Maldives International podium Shikha Rajesh Gautam (born 18 April 1998) is an Indian badminton player who represents the country at the international circuit. National Team Badminton Player.

One of the most promising player. 2019- Women’s Doubles Senior National Champion. India best -1 and World Rank Best - 33. She has Won many National and International medals. A member of the Indian squad at the 2019 Badminton Asia Mixed Team Championships. , 2020 BAC team member, 2022 and 2023. She recently Won Bronze Medal at Badminton Asia Mixed team Championships which created history as India won its first ever medal at Badminton Asia Mixed Team championships at Dubai.

36th National Games Silver medalist moved to Bangalore in 2011 to join Prakash Padukone academy with her Family to further pursue her badminton career and dreams.

In 2011 she became the youngest player to play for India at U17 and U15 Badminton Asia Championships at Japan.

In her first national ranking tournament she went on playing finals and never looked back since then she’s been playing for India.

From Badminton Asia Junior Championships to World Junior Championships.
