Grand Island,

Alliance, and
Scottsbluff. Additionally, it encompasses the
Sandhills region and a large majority of the
Platte River. With a
Cook Partisan Voting Index rating of R+29, it is by far the most Republican district in Nebraska, a state with an all-Republican delegation.
