John L. Grove
John Landis Grove (January 26, 1921 – June 16, 2003) was an American inventor, industrialist and philanthropist. He became known, primarily, for developing the hydraulic crane and access lift industries.Described as "the Babe Ruth of his industry," Grove was quoted as saying, "Don't allow wealth to stop your caring for others."
