Jiayang Fan

Jiayang Fan in 2014 Jiayang Fan (; born 4 August 1984) is a Chinese-American journalist. She was born in Chongqing and immigrated to the United States at the age of seven. She has been a staff writer for ''The New Yorker'' since 2016. Her works include cultural and political commentary, personal history, and food critique.
