Summary:This work is to design a transimpedance amplifier for MEMS SAW resonator to achieve low power consumption at desired frequency. A transimpedance amplifier is designed and characterized for MEMS SAW resonator in 0.18 mu m CMOS process. The transimpedance amplifier achieves gain is 31 dBO at 176 degrees. The power consume by oscillator is 0.6mW at VDD 1.8V while phase noise at -133.97dBc/Hz at 10kHz.
