Clinical symptoms include postprandial epigastric abdominal pain, nausea, emesis, and weight loss. At-risk individuals include those with rapid weight loss, debilitating illness, malignancy, malabsorption syndromes, trauma, neurologic injury, eating disorders, and substance abuse. Here, we present a case of SMA syndrome in a 24-year-old woman presenting with nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain who improved with conservative management. © 2022
