| Summary: | Diploma thesis Administration support of an independent cultural institutions? works with the theme of production-administration support of an independent/experimental theater companies and individual artists. Wide range of different possibilities of that support is shown by the example of London based organization called ARTSADMIN. ARTSADMIN stands here as a representative to comparison with similar organizations in Czech Republic, which are, by its merit of cooperation with an artist, close to the theme of production-administration and which are also able to perform such a support. Next to this, text brings us the insight view on current conditions, as legislation and financial support system in Czech Republic, which are not ideal. Final part of the work concludes obtained knowledge into the model organization, which would be able to function fully, even in current conditions.
