The foundation is to learn the principles how to react to human impulses and to become aware of them. By doing that a dancer also realises the full potential of his or her body and the final result will also raise the quiality of any work out and consequently the body wil be less worn out. Important role plays also the psychic disposition of the dancer, which can be improved by relaxation techniques and massages. The whole work can be divided into several stages or parts. When we deal with Tchai - ti its history, religion and theory should be included and we should also mention the exercises of čchi-kung which consist of massages basic or foundamental set of ralaxation exercises of J- tin-ting whose focus is on streching and strengthing the muscles and ligaments of human body.
