| Summary: | In his work the author is dealing with the problem of juvenile delinquency. The main interest is focused on the analysis of the factors that can influence this kind of criminality and the author is also concerned with the problems of the statistics that are managed by the ministry of internal affairs and the ministry of justice. The work is divided into four parts. The first part is devoted to the analysis of the theoretical approaches that show enough potential to clarify the problems of the juvenile delinquency. The second part focuses on the analysis of the socio- pathological phenomenon, which can lead to the delinquent behaviour of juveniles. Statistics and the structure of the juvenile delinquency in the Czech Republic are included in the third part. The fourth and at the same time the last part of the work contains the analysis of such factors, whose dysfunction can result in the increase of the juvenile delinquency in society or the distortion of the statistics that have been mentioned above. |
