| Summary: | The diploma thesis will focus on the development and transformation of the relationship between the Church and the state in France in 1870-1901. The author will analyze the transformation of its character after the announcement of the Third French Republic in 1870 and describe and interpret its development until 1901, when most religious orders and congregations were dissolved from France. The aim of the diploma thesis is to expound the dynamics of mutual relations, including the emphasis on future development in this West European country, and the autor will also situate an important law on separiation of the Church from the state in its political-religious context. |
