Summary: | The goal of the thesis "The influence of sectoral composition of selected local action groups on their functioning" is to enhance previous bachelor thesis with a more detailed assessment of the sectoral composition impact on LAG overall functioning. Main feature of the LEADER program is cooperation, mainly between public, private and non-profit sector but also between other sectors in the area. Another goal of this thesis is an evaluation of this feature fulfillment. Theoretical part contains the explanation of basic terms and theoretical approaches related to rural development. Practical part consists of analysis of an SAIF internal data, internal data surveyed by LAGs, LAGs ex post evaluation, commonly available documents and interviews with leaders and members of LAGs. Three LAGs were selected as an area of interest, LAG Podlipansko, o.p.s, LAG - Partnership Moštěnka, o.s. and Region Pošembeří o.p.s.
