The Curriculum issues, circumscription of a target category and the means of circumscription of a target and the region research are the theoretical bases. The primal theme of the dissertation is the creation of a school educational programme where a high quality analysis of a region we train our graduates for is a key point. Methodological part exemplifies the benefit of a research, analysis of the region for the quality and readiness of a school educational programme of a particular polyfunctional secondary school for processing and realization of a school educational programme at a particular school. I closely deal with a secondary school graduate profile, the analysis of labour market and the apprenticeship Car-mechanic at secondary school in the Czech Republic in comparison with France.
