Chimerism, microchimerism affect various spheres of human life, and therefore in our thesis, we draw our attention maily to research using these subject in prenatal but also in postnatal stage of the development and to xenotransplantations. Main findings: Nature of chimerism and microchimerism is based on the formation of embryos and also adults subjects, either animal or human origin or their combination, which contain genotypically distinct sets of cells, tissues and organs derived from species - related or non - related organism.
