Summary:The aim of this dissertation is to study the dimension of Bergson's philosophy that is concerned with the concept of life. More specifically, we intend to research the practical subject is related to epistemology and theory of nature, why talk about « practical philosophy », knowing that usually, in the philosophical tradition, this expression designates the field responsible for moral/ethical/political/axiological questions not about the nature or the living, but about the man? This intentional choice reveals in itself exactly the idea that we want to show: the practical problems, in all its magnitude, has to be seen from the perspective of life and of living beings. Key-words: Bergson, life, practical philosophy, vitalism.
