Summary:The (Epistemological) Status of the Concept of the Eternal Recurrence of the Same in Philosophy of F. W. Nietzsche. Abstract This work aims to reconstruct the intention and position of Nietzsche's thinking in the period of introduction of the theory of Eternal Recurrence in order to find out the latter's epistemological status. The disposition is set up through an analyzing of Nietzsche's thoughts on vanity, will to power and the act of giving. The Eternal Reccurence is consequently presented as "productive idea."
