Summary: | Diploma thesis "Children Prostitution In The Czech Republic" concerns the problematics and current status in the Czech Republic. It focuses on the issue in the world-wide context, especially from the view of international organization (UN, EU, etc.) recommendation. It describes possible solutions concept and comes with suggestions which could lead to the improvement of the current situation in the Czech Republic and to more effective efforts to solve the issue. It uses the description of the used conceptions in other countries of the EU and the possibilities of the use of the stated instruments as "best practice" for the Czech Republics situation. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first one describes children prostitution as it is from several views - why is it social threatening phenomenon, what shapes does it have, who it concerns - who are its actors. In the next part is the thesis focused especially on international scene, the recommendations of the international organizations and furthermore on the legislation in the Czech Republic. In the last part concerns the thesis the current situation in the Czech Republic and the problem solutions conceptions. These are summarized to concrete recommendation in the conclusion.
