| Summary: | The thesis deals with the topic of services of public libraries for deaf disabled people. It consists of four main chapters. The introduction focuses on the subject of deaf disability and characterizes the main types of this disablement. The second chapter introduces the ways of working with deaf disabled people in education, then the communicative systems and the topic of reading of the deaf community. Various organizations and technical equipment are introduced. The third chapter is represented by a research of the libraries providing services for deaf disabled people.
