The research is based on the ideas of Friedrich Nietzsche followed by the dance programme of dancer Isadora Duncan. The transformation of the use of dance and the concept of corporeality is shown on the example of two literary works from the early 20th century and the late 1920s. The analysis of the prose by Růžena Svobodová looks for a possible connection with Duncan's and Nietzsche's concepts as well as for the connection between dance and literary ornament. The poetist book of poems Abeceda represents an interconnection of poetry, typography and dance photography. In this part of the research, the body is defined as a place of diverse concepts and imported contents. To illuminate these points of interest, the thesis employs the theory of performativity dealing with the forced gender performance. 2010 info:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesis http://www.nusl.cz/ntk/nusl-297242 cze info:eu-repo/semantics/restrictedAccess
