Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, Fakulty of Pharmacy in Hradec Kralove, Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic The thesis is intended on the looking for various conditions of silver nanoparticles preparation, with the smallest size, by Tollens method. The theoretical part concerns historical and contemporary advantage of colloidal silver preparations and reviews also method DLS, that is used for measurement of nanoparticles size. The optimalized preparation procedure was published earlier. The main attention in experimental work was payed to the testing of various hydrodynamical conditions of the preparation and to choice the most suitable nucleating and reduction agent. The important criterion was low toxicity and high efficiency of them.
