The first chapter is introductory link to second chapter which explains basic terms like social partnership, social dialog and his structure, tripartism, trade unions and collective agreement. The third chapter attempt to chart developement of trade unions till the time of Habsburc monarchy to presents emphasis on work of trade unions during the transformation time. The fourth chapter describes intermediar system alias system of representation interests, his structure, periods, different models and theory of corporativism. The fifth chapter deals with position of trade unions within market, state and civic sector.
