| Summary: | The subject of the dissertation is educational thoughts of Don Bosco and their application in contemporary education of young people spending their leisure time in Silesian Youth Centres. Elaborate study concerns single Youth Centres and their specifics, which are results of various factors observed thoroughly. The target of this work is to create a survey of Silesian Youth Centres around the Czech Republic, based on in-person visits and dialogues. Structured interview was used as a method of the research. The result of the dissertation work is a list of all the Silesian Centres in the Czech republic and their complete summary. In the end there is mentioned the constant actuality of Don Bosco's thoughts and generally the admirable Silesian work.
