| Summary: | Trees are plants which lead people during all their life. Trees are an important component of the natural landscape due to their prevention of erosion and significant elements in landscaping and agriculture, both for their aesthetic appeal and their orchard crops (such as apples). Wood from trees is a common building material. Trees also play an intimate role in many of the mythologies. Trees have also been found to play an important role in producing oxygen and reducing carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. My favorite trees are historical trees. I chose historical trees in The Podblanicko region (Central Bohemia, Czech Republic). I made catalog of these historical trees. I wrote down their circumference of trunk, height of tree, GPS position, condition and at the end of this book you can find photos. I prepared six new trees, which could be classified as historical trees in the future. Thanks historical trees in The Podblanicko region we can take a think of their age, admire their beauty and find better this region. Podblanicko is very attractive place for tourists.
