Summary:The author of this thesis deals with regulative payments in the Czech health care system. In the theoretical part she describes the problem of allocation of funds. She mentions the option of co-payment by the patient in some of the European states and deals with the situation of a patient in the health care system. The next part of this thesis focuses on European approach to the field of health care, it chronologically describes changes that occurred within the framework of the health care system reform in the period after the introduction of regulative payments in January 2008. In the practical part of this theses was as a quantitative research used the questionnaire method. The analysis of the data implies that the nurses from the Mlada Boleslav hospital agree with introduction of the regulative payments, however they fundamentally reject that the regulative payments be collected by health care personnel directly from patient. Frequent occurrence of ethic problems that is connected with collection of regulative payments seriously damages the relationship between the healthcare provider and the patient. In the conclusion there are recommendations for possible changes in the concept of supervision based on the results of performed analysis.
